Erica Collier Instructor

Erica is a highly skilled comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with a deep-rooted passion for the classical method. After suffering a low back injury from dance, Erica took a Pilates class and was hooked—signing up the very next day. Since then, they have remained pain-free for over a decade.

Trained through a rigorous 500-hour certification on classical Gratz equipment under a second generation Ramona team, Erica brings both technical expertise and personal experience to their teaching. They have worked with a diverse range of clients, from elite athletes and celebrities to CEOs and individuals recovering from injury. Whether helping clients build strength, refine movement, or rehabilitate from pain, Erica is dedicated to guiding each person toward their optimal physical potential through the transformative power of Pilates.

Erica collaborated closely with doctors, orthopedic surgeons, and physical therapists to support clients through post-injury and post-surgical rehabilitation, ensuring a comprehensive and integrated approach to recovery. Committed to continual learning, Erica is currently studying the Franklin Method—a compressive five-year program focused on dynamic imagery, biomechanics, and embodiment. They actively pursue ongoing education with a strong focus on anatomy, continually refining their ability to understand the body and tailor movement to each client’s unique needs.

Caroline Depietri Instructor & Administrative/Operations Assistant

Caroline is a U.S. Figure Skating Gold Medalist in five disciplines and a 2023 U.S. Championships competitor in Ice Dance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Boston University.

After sustaining a back fracture at age 16, Caroline turned to Pilates as an integral part of her recovery and return to competitive skating. Experiencing firsthand the impact Pilates had on her strength, mobility, alignment, and injury prevention inspired her to pursue teaching and pay forward the benefits the practice had given her.

Caroline completed her Pilates certifications through Balanced Body and has been teaching since 2020, working with clients in private, duet, and group settings. Having trained and been mentored by Destination Pilates founder Nikki for eight years throughout her competitive skating career, Caroline brings a strong understanding of movement, body awareness, and athletic performance to her teaching.

Her approach emphasizes core strength, flexibility, balance, alignment, and intentional movement, with the goal of helping clients experience the benefits of Pilates not only in the studio, but in their everyday lives.
